For the purpose of the protection of equipment or assets critical for national security that are in the possession of UAB Energy cells we collect the following data: first name, surname, personal ID code / date of birth, job title of contractors’/subcontractors’ employees, date of signing the consent, signature. Also, whether the indicated data subject (person):
(i) has, by an effective court judgement, been found guilty of a serious or grave crime, irrespective of whether the conviction has expired or has been expunged;
(ii) has, by an effective court judgement, been found guilty of a less serious crime and the conviction has neither expired nor been expunged;
(iii) has been adjudicated to have no legal capacity or to have limited legal capacity in any area, or is subject to mandatory medical treatment;
(iv) is driven by interests hostile to the Republic of Lithuania, collaborates/has collaborated, or maintains/has maintained relations with a foreign intelligence or security service or with persons collaborating or maintaining relations with a foreign intelligence or security service;
(v) participates/has participated in the activities of a terrorist organisation/group or maintains/has maintained relations with a member of a terrorist organisation/group;
(vi) is subject to organised crime prevention measures under the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Organised Crime Prevention;
(vii) has, within the past three years, been put on record in a healthcare establishment owing to alcohol or drug addiction;
(viii) has, within the past three years, been convicted more than once of an administrative offence associated with the use of alcohol or narcotic, psychotropic or other psychoactive substances;
(ix) suffers from mental disorders likely to pose a threat to the safety of the infrastructure of strategic importance to ensuring national security.

Personal data shall be processed for this purpose until 1 month after the end of the performance of the contract.
Your personal data will be processed in compliance with the requirements established by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts. Your personal data is processed responsibly and securely. The Company, both when establishing the means of personal data processing and during the processing of the data itself, implements appropriate technical and organisational measures of data protection that are designed to protect the personal data processing against accidental or unlawful destruction, damage, alteration, loss, disclosure, as well as against any other unlawful processing. Considering the risks arising from the processing of personal data, appropriate measures will be determined.
You have the right:
to submit a written request to us to provide you with information on whether data related to you is being processed, and if such data is processed, you have the right to access your personal data and the following information: purposes of data processing; categories of personal data concerned; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your personal data has been or will be disclosed; where possible, the envisaged retention period for personal data or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
to request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data related to you;
to request us to delete your personal data. Nevertheless, this right is not absolute and can be justified for at least one of the following reasons: personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed; you have decided to withdraw your consent which allows the processing of your personal data when your personal data is processed exclusively on the basis of consent and there is no other basis for processing your personal data; your personal data has been processed illegally; your data must be deleted when we are demanded to do so;
to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted in one of the following cases: you dispute the accuracy of the data for the period during which we may verify the accuracy of your personal data; the processing of your personal data is illegal and you do not consent to the deletion of your data and instead request a restriction on its use; we no longer need you to process your data, but you need it to make, enforce or defend legal claims. We will respond to the received requests, complaints or claims in writing on the basis of the statutory and time limits established by legal acts and we will try to provide you with information as soon as possible, but not later than within 20 working days from the receipt of your request. This period may be extended, if necessary, by a maximum of 10 working days, depending on the complexity and number of requests. The Company will inform you about such extension within one month from the receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay.
If upon receiving a request, complaint, or claim, we have suspicions about the identity of the applicant, we have the right to ask the applicant for an identity document and/or to confirm his/her identity on the basis of the statutory established by law and/or by electronic means of communication that allow the proper identification of the person.
If we fail to provide you with the necessary information and/or have claims regarding the processing of your personal data, you have the right to apply to the State Data Protection Inspectorate by submitting a complaint.
We may update or change this Privacy Notice at any time. Such updated or amended Privacy Notice will take effect from the date of its publication on our website.
